Deposit Policy

Reservations are confirmed with:

A 25% deposit 35 days prior to arrival

A 50% deposit 14 days prior to arrival

A 100% deposit less than 14 days prior to arrival

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes things don’t always go as planned. In the event your travel dates change or you must cancel, The Beachside Village Resort cancellation policy is as follows:

Cancellations require 45 day notice prior to the arrival date for a full refund. A $100.00 administrative charge will always apply.

Housekeeping Policy

We provide our guests with daily housekeeping services Monday thru Sunday. Guests can request “no housekeeping” for a period up to three (3) days; housekeeping is required on the fourth day. If a no housekeeping request has been made, please advise us if fresh towels or toilet paper is needed.

Rates

Are rates are posted by season; our seasons are as follows:

Summer    05/15/23 – 9/30/23

Fall           10/1/23 – 12/14/23

Winter      12/15/23 – 05/14/24

Smoking Policy

All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted outside only at the designated area. Please ask front desk for location. There is a $250 fee for smoking in any area on property other than the designated area.
